Hepfner Racing Products (HRP), a components and trailer accessories manufacturer based in Hartford, Wisconsin, has acquired Pit Pal Products.

Founded in 1982 by Dave DeVito and Jody Schmeisser, Pit Pal has been a staple in trailer accessories and storage solutions. In the future, the brand will be named "Pit Pal Products by HRP."

Following the acquisition, existing dealers for both brands will remain active with administrative updates to be announced at a later date. Production will continue at the HRP facility, which is currently undergoing an expansion that will increase its footprint by 30,000 sq. ft.

Additionally, orders placed before July 14, 2025, will be fulfilled by the original manufacturer.
